This is pretty stupid if you ask me, I mean, I can see any charges he was going to face for running from the police, and on live Television at that...but they want to charge him for manslaughter for the four dead in the Helicopters.
The pilots 'got distracted' when watching the guy. Ok, honostly...I mean, it's sad that four people lost their lives chasing some bum, but give me a break they had a better chance of running into a building not paying attention to where they're going.
Just because you have alot of open space in the air doesn't mean much...
Anyways, do you think the guy should be charged with manslaughter charges?
