Ok so I'm trying to build a good deck with no Zaborgs and no Dekoichis.

MAYBE take something out for a Torrential or a few other traps, but that's the only change I can think of.

Tsukuyomi, I can see. But Apprentice Magician wouldn't be necessary and he'd bog his deck down with unecessary amounts of Dark monsters.

Return from the Different Dimension is the most powerful Trap out. Negating that give a person an edge to win.

Why are you mixing RftDD with Royal Decree??

Yeah, but Enemy Controller is a lot better to use than Brain Control.
not really yes it is good but in order to use the comtrol effect u must tribute a moster on your field so the number of mosters on your side of the field stay the same but by paying 800 you get a moster with out hurting your field.(in some cases enemy controller is better but it is good to have one of each in this deck)

No. Decree decks need good field pressence cards.

IR2:
Then use Old Vindictive Magician and Skelengel.

If you replace cards with weaker cards all you get is a weaker deck.

Apprentice Magician works only against N00bs. It's not good when people attack your Apprentice Magician with a Flipped Dekoichi.
