Different Dimension Capsule

Got a question about this card.

"Select one card from your deck then shuffle your Deck. Remove it from play and place face-down. During your second Standby Phase destroy this card and add the removed card to your hand."


I was just wondering if this means that I have to destroy the card myself in order to get the card removed or if this card is just destroyed.

yes true but DD capsule will remain on the field for the two turns

It works like Swords of Revealing Light. Stays on the field for 2 standby phases, then it's destroyed and you get the card.

In addition, if ddc is destroyed by another effect before the second standby phase after activation, then i think the selected card remains removed from play.
