would a deck consisting of both warriors and dragons be strong? or should it just be one or the other...im wondering because i have a ton of strong warriors and dragons like horus, and gearfried the swordmaster and i like them both.

It'll work better if you stick with one Type, but I did have a Dragon-Warrior Hybrid Deck once and it worked pretty well...this was a long time ago though... What really matters is if you build it right. Mine followed a Beatdown setup and it was effective enough.
well........mine is kinda a horus/gearfried beatdown with cards like spear dragon, luster dragon, and of course gearfried in both forms. and it has beat my cousin (chillipepper) plenty of times. he has only beat mine once and that was with a yatalock.

I wouldn't think Horus and Gearfried would work well together (two different Nomi monsters requiring two different Summoning methods? Ouch) but without seeing the deck in action I can't say it's bad yet.
im going to change it when i get home...im 9 hours away at my cousins house and i only brought my deck and not all my cards.....and anyways.....i guess i explained this deck wrong....its mostly a dragon deck with a few warriors in it like gearfried and elemental hero flame wingman (am summoning with metamorphosis) to power it up a bit and i like their effects.

but y the dragon deck.....they are overrated if ya ask me....
i have one...but it cant even beat my 10 year old lil bro....

mine is made of horus and gearfried the swordmaster and it beats my cousin most of the time...once he got me in a yata lock and the other time he used injection fairy lily on me. but now that he took out yata i beat him most of the time now. and listen....i know i shouldnt use gearfried the swordmaster and horus together because they are summoned in different ways, but they work well for me. never judge my deck until you see it in action. and by the way.........DRAGON DECKS ARE NOT OVERRATED!!!!!
