all of those restrictions will be enforced during this tournament.

The only ways to duel in this tourny is by yvd, or aim (only if you pm me the entire duel when it is complete.)

When you join this tourny, you may donate an amount of points to me for the "pot" of the winnings. I will save these points, and post how many points are in the pot so far in the first post, along with how many points each member donated next to their name in the tourny member list.

The first place tourny winner will get 2/3 of the total points in the pot

The runner up (second place) winner of the tourny will get the remaining 1/3 of the pot.

The more members join, and the more points we collect, the more points the winner and runner up will recieve.

Also, when you post that you join the tourny, please pm me your deck (following bans), and also if you can host yvd or not.

well we are only going by the japanese banned list because of a similar one being released in english. We would still follow the english restrictions.

If you're going to go by the Japanese Banned list, might as well go by the restrictions or else it defeats the purpose of a Japanese - Metagame. By the time the bannes come (If they ever will) I'm sure the Eng restricted list will be that of the Japan restricted list.. meh. =|

They never said they were releasing a banned list to enforce on all dueling, it simply says it will give tournament locations a CHOICE to use a banned list.. tourneys in remote locations don't effect this site in anyway.
